The quickest way to reach this desk is email — one address, read by the person who maintains the tools.
What to write about
A wrong answer. If a tool's figure looks wrong, copy the exact inputs you typed and the result you expected. With the inputs, most faults reproduce immediately; without them, they are nearly impossible to chase, and your report deserves better than a guess in reply.
A tool request. Requests that fit this desk share a shape: one question, answerable in a browser, needing nothing stored. Grade, citation and study-arithmetic ideas are especially welcome — the build order here is largely set by what students ask for.
A correction to an article. The blog's guides are checked, but grading conventions and style rules differ between institutions and editions. If your school's table or your style guide says otherwise, write and say where — corrections with a source get made quickly and credited in the article's update note.
Response times and privacy
Email is answered in the order it arrives, typically within a few working days; there is no support desk, ticketing system or phone line. Your message is used only to reply to you — it is not added to any mailing list, and this site has no newsletter to add it to. You can write to contact@edudish.com about anything on the site, including the privacy policy and how your data is (not) handled.
What email cannot do
Please do not send transcripts, essays or personal records: no tool here needs them, help with a calculation never requires the document behind it, and the safest copy of your schoolwork is the one that stays with you. Describe the numbers in the message instead — that is all anyone here needs to help.
